About us
Master Saheb Educational trust (MSET) is an educational trust head quaters in New Delhi, India. The trust was established on 28th February 2014 as a small educational unit. In due course of time, the unit made a name for itself in the educational society and skill sector.
MSET conducts operations in more than 15 Indian states. In the last 8 years, the trust’s presence has multiplied across Indian states. The Trust is staffed with more than 50 employees to support its day-to-day functions across the length and breadth of the country. With its ever-increasing presence in the Indian educational, skill development and CSR activities of industries & infra arena, the HR team is constantly on war-footing to recruit and train the best talent in the industry. The team has been continuously adding about 2500- 3000 employees every year through various campus drives and recruitment events.
The management’s recruitment policy is to hire talent that can easily adapt to MSET’s work culture while imbibing the values of the TRUST boasts of a diverse workforce consisting of engineers (of multiple disciplines), project managers, management trainees and other apprentices, who are ably supported by specialized personnel from HR, procurement, finance and legal streams. After the recruitment procedure, the new hires are trained and groomed extensively in the best industry practices. Such training & development is an ongoing process to ensure that the process paves way for the next line of managers and leaders. Delegation, Coaching & Mentoring are continuous processes that are carried out in MSET to strengthen the internal framework and develop ‘Future Leaders’ for the TRUST. The HR team puts in as much efforts towards talent retention as it does for talent recruitment. Even during the slump period of economic recession, the TRUST had always placed the employee’s interests as its first priority.
